Super You Therapies
We kindly request that any appointment cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance via email, text, or phone call to avoid any charges.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the treatment cost.
- Cancellations made on the day of your appointment, or instances where the therapist cannot access the property, is turned away, or the client is unavailable, will be charged the full treatment cost.
- Failure to attend without providing notice will also result in the full treatment cost being charged. Payment must be made prior to booking any future appointments.
If Super You Therapies cancels your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, we will offer to reschedule at no cost to you, subject to availability.
Please note, a deposit of 50% of the treatment cost may be required at the time of booking, at the therapist’s discretion.
