Clear, fair booking guidelines
We kindly request that cancellations are made at least 48 hours in advance via email, text, or phone call to avoid any charges.
48+ hours notice
Cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid charges.
Within 24 hours
Cancellations made within 24 hours incur a fee equal to 50% of the treatment cost.
On the day / unavailable / no access
Cancellations on the day, or where the therapist cannot access the property, is turned away, or the client is unavailable,
are charged the full treatment cost.
Failure to attend (no notice)
No-shows without notice are charged the full treatment cost. Payment must be made prior to booking any future appointments.
